Mark Smith got his real estate license in 2020 to supplement his full time income and speed up his investing. Mark purchased his first investment property in 2016 and another in one 2017. He purchased his third investment property in 2022, and left his full time job to work in real estate full time. Mark has a girlfriend of 3 years and lives in one of the properties he owns with his two huskies, Axl and Callie. In Mark's free time, he likes to work on his photography, motocross, baseball, pickleball, and cooking.
