PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Situated on a cliff overlooking protected Warner Bay this home, located on a quiet dead end road, will need some work but the remarkable sunset views will make it worth the effort. This pre-existing non-conforming home can be renovated in place and includes the land across the road with a one-car garage to go with the multi-car off street parking on the home's side. Lastly, and most importantly, there is the 60 feet of lakefront with a three-berth U-shaped dock. (If you know the lake, you know). The lakeside also has off street parking, or do like the neighbors and install a stairway from the clifftop to the lake. You provide the elbow grease and this home will provide you a beautiful retreat, with benefits. Owner is willing to review reasonable offers.
